- The columns and beams are the load-bearing, structural integrity of a bottle school. Their proper assembly and pour are essential to a sound and secure building
- 3/8in and 1/4in rebar are used to construct the steel cage of columns and beams
- Joints of 1/4in rebar ties need to rotate 90 degrees every tie
- Ties are to be spaced at 15cm for columns and 20cm for beams
- These columns and beams are designed for a single story construction
- 3/8 inch rebar around corners should have a minimum overlap of 30cm on each side
