When taking measurements for the doors and windows, be sure to take into account the finishing layer of cement that will be added to the frame (columns and beams) of the building.
For this reason, it is best to wait until all of the cement work is complete before taking measurements for any doors and windows, including the final finishing layer.Doors can be made of any readily available material. Use local customs as a guide.
This, and any metal welding job, may be seen as a separate project because it requires skilled labor from a welder. Be sure to ask your head masons whether they are skilled in welding or, if not, whether they know someone who will do it for a small fee.
Windows can be expensive, fragile and stifling in some climates. You may find that bars (external or recessed) can provide better circulation and security than glass, depending on local customs, needs and resources.
